Is your spouse a housewife? We will give them a salary says Sharjah-based Indian businessman Sohan Roy

Minister of Child and Women Development, Shri. Krishna Tirath, of the UPA government, had put forward a proposal of working husbands in 2012 to provide a portion of their salary to their spouses who are housewives. From then on, many discussions have been taking place, voting for and against this. In January 2021, the honorable Supreme Court mentioned that housewives' value of household work must not be considered any less than the work done by their employed husbands. The Sharjah-based Aries Group has now made this point practical by declaring to provide a salary to their employees' housewives.  Aries is also a company that is currently giving a pension amount to the parents of its employees. Apart from this is this new revolutionary decision of providing a salary to wives as well. The company was also successful in distributing rewards valuing between one lakh and one crore rupees as cash and as other benefits based on the serving period.
While making the announcement, Aries Group Founder Chairman and CEO Dr. Sohan Roy expressed his utmost happiness as the company could survive during the COVID pandemic period, which has been a period of uncertainty for many companies. Aries Group provided salary to its employees, including regular increment alongside such benefits. "To utilize the time management skills and efficiency of our company's employees, we have designed software called EFFISM. Utilizing this software, the company successfully utilized employees' efficiency in about 60 companies in 16 countries. Through this software, we were able to bag first place in the 5 marine-related commerce fields in a very short time. Recognition from various companies, including ARAMCO in Saudi Arabia, has also been received. This gain was attained through employees. For the very same reason, we are returning back their deserving share of the profit.", says Sohan Roy.
Maritime Consultancy, Ship design, U.T gauging survey of ships, rope access, interior, aviation survey, etc., are the company's main streams of activities. Alongside these, media, movie production, event management, television, and tourism are the other areas where the company has set foot. The company didn't have to suffer a situation of eliminating an employee or a salary cut condition even during the COVID period.
