Hrithik Roshan Visits To Seek Blessings At Mrs. Ira Biswajeet Durgotsav In Juhu

Its that time of the year for bongs, again! The Bengali’s community most awaited festival. Though the festival is celebrated with grandeur in West Bengal and parts of Bihar, Assam, Odisha and Tripura, Durga Puja is also observed in Mumbai. Bijwajeet Chatterjee with wife Ira Chatterjee has been doing this Puja since last 16 years. Shri. Amitabh Bachchan and wife Jaya Bachchan has been coming to Bijwajeet’s  Durga Pandal since over last 15 years.

In order to honour Goddess Durga, during these auspicious days, Rakesh Roshan with son Hrithik Roshan visited Mrs. Ira Durgotsav Pandal in Juhu  seeking Ma Durga’s blessings.

Mr. Biswajeet says ‘Roshan Family is like my own family,  they have been attending puja every year with lots of support and love’

Coincidently, Rakesh Roshan mother’s name is also Ira Roshan and she treats Biswajeet as her elder son.

    

Two years back when Hrithik’s film ‘BANG BANG’ was releasing, he had come to seek Ma Durga’s blessing at Biswajeet’s Durgotsav.

Biswajeet also says ‘I thought this year’s durgotsav with such lovely arrangements wouldn’t be possible due to heavy rains in Mumbai although all the credit for this beautiful arrangements goes to my wife Mrs. Ira Chatterjee & Prima Chatterjee.
